Sam leveraged his 25% Austrian heritage here. We made:

  1. Rockfish Schnitzel,

  2. Knudlen dumplingswith a chanterelle cream sauce,

  3. Gherkinsalat, a cucumber salad,

  4. A Sachretorte, served “mit schlag” (or, with cream), and

  5. We also drank a great Austrian Veltliner wine.
