#86 Jordan

🇯🇴For Jordan night, we made: 🇯🇴

🍚 Mansaf (the national dish) a layered rice pilaf (which we made vegetarian, but might traditionally have lamb);
🍞Tabun, a flatbread; and
🍆 Mutabal, an eggplant dip.

This meal was so, so good.

As Ali G would say, “ain’t it stupid letting one sportsman have a seat in the UN, no matter how powerful he is?”
