#49 Denmark
For Denmark night, we had several friends over. We made:
Frikadeller (meatballs, including a version with fake meat),
Potato crisp with preserved lemons,
Smørrebord sandwiches,
A red cabbage salad,
Brunsvinger, a cake; and we also served
A Danish Bleu cheese.
We had a crew of Sam’s former work colleagues over for dinner, making this the 9th time we’ve cooked with others during this project.
