#52 Dominican Republic
For Dominican night, we were at a rental cabin and we made:
Triples sandwiches;
Ensalada Rusa “Russian salad” with beets and potatoes;
Crema de Cepa de Apio soup; and
Maduros Fritos, fried sweet plantains.
We cooked this meal in a rental cabin on Gold Bar, Washington, making this (I think) the 3rd time we’ve cooked not at home in this project.
