#37 China

First, we started the day with Chinese tomato and eggs.

Then, we made a ton of food for China night, so we invited our friends Heidi, Daniel, and Adelaide over. (This was the 5th time we’ve cooked with others in this project.)

We made:

• Salt-and-pepper shrimp,

• Smashed cucumber salad,

• Five Spice Potatoes,

• Sichuan Green Beans,

• Mapo Tofu,

• Wonton Soup (filled with shrimp instead of pork),

• Scissor-cut noodles, and then:

• Heidi and Daniel brought lychee martinis to drink!
