#15 Bangladesh
We made 5 dishes plus rice for Bangladesh night:
Cabbage with garlic and Bengali spices: this recipe called for ghee, which we bought because we don’t usually stock. It tasted great.
Chichinga Bhaji: the sautéed zucchini recipe included a spicy yogurt gravy that really made the dish.
Shrimp with cilantro and tomato: this was another fairly easy and delicious recipe.
