We made four dishes and a sauce:

  1. Vegetable-tofu momos, with a tomato-ginger chutney,

  2. Ema Datshi, a cheese-pepper stew,

  3. Kewa Datshi, a cheese-potato stew, and

  4. a Bhutanese red rice pilaf.
