#65 Gambia
For Gambia night, we made:
Domoda, a peanut stew with beans and sweet potato and kale;
Benachin, a Gambian version of Jollof rice with eggplant and carrots;
Fish Yassa, a whole fish fried with onions and served with a mustard sauce; and
For dessert: Thiakry, a pudding made from millet.
