#20 Benin

We made three dishes:

  1. Sautéed sole with sauce moyo;

  2. Akara FunFun, which is a black-eyed pea fritter; and

  3. a warm salad of sweet potatoes and kale with peanuts and cranberries.

Sauce Moyo

This was delicious, but the recipe called for the mango and tomatoes in 1/2 inch slices, and we would have preferred a finer chop than that.
