#20 Benin
We made three dishes:
Sautéed sole with sauce moyo;
Akara FunFun, which is a black-eyed pea fritter; and
a warm salad of sweet potatoes and kale with peanuts and cranberries.
All 3 dishes in progress.
Sauce Moyo
This was delicious, but the recipe called for the mango and tomatoes in 1/2 inch slices, and we would have preferred a finer chop than that.
