For Cambodia night, we made three dishes:

  • Mee Kola noodles, served with pickles, peanuts, and boiled eggs;

  • Samlor Kako, a vegetable stew sort of like ratatouille; and

  • Amok Fish, which is steamed in a coconut curry custard inside little boats made of banana leaves.
