#39 Comoros

For Comoros night, we found ourselves in Northern Michigan with Jess’ family. We made:

• M’tsolola, a fish, plantain, and coconut stew,

• Soupe Faux Pois, a spiced pea soup,

• Mkata Foutre, a pan-fried bread;

• Achard Aux Legumes, a pickled vegetable slaw.
