For Comoros night, we found ourselves in Northern Michigan with Jess’ family. We made:
M’tsolola, a fish, plantain, and coconut stew,
Soupe Faux Pois, a spiced pea soup,
Mkata Foutre, a pan-fried bread;
Achard Aux Legumes, a pickled vegetable slaw.
