Note: we cooked this country out of UN-seating-alphabetical order, because we were initially thinking of only the English spelling o this country (Ivory Coast). Oops.

We made:

  • Attieke, a pilaf that is similar to couscous, but made with fermented cassava;

  • Garba, a pan-fried tuna steak; and

  • A little tomato and cucumber salad that was recommended as an accompaniment to the Garba.

  • A chocolate cake.
