#101 Liechtenstein
For Liechentstein night, we made:
The national dish of Liechtenstein: Käsknöfle, a baked spaetzle with cheese and caramelized onions;
Käsknöfle is always served with Apfelmus, or applesauce;
Eggplant Schnitzel; and
a platter of cheese, olives, and crudite that is apparently traditional in Liechtenstein.
