For Liechentstein night, we made:

  • The national dish of Liechtenstein: Käsknöfle, a baked spaetzle with cheese and caramelized onions;

  • Käsknöfle is always served with Apfelmus, or applesauce;

  • Eggplant Schnitzel; and

  • a platter of cheese, olives, and crudite that is apparently traditional in Liechtenstein.
