#25 Brazil
We made five dishes for Brazil night:
Pão de Queijo, a cheesy bread made from tapioca flour,
Feijoada, stewed black beans,
Brazilian rice, which is cooked with garlic and onion,
Toasted Farofa, made of cassava flour, and
Moqueca, a fish stew.
We also made a Batido Rosa cocktail to pair with dinner.
