We made 4 dishes for Botswana night:

  1. a spicy cream of pumpkin soup,

  2. Matlebekwane dumplings, in a cod stew (instead of oxtail),

  3. Morogo, a stewed kale, and

  4. Dikgobe, a sorghum and bean pilaf.
