For Eritrea night, we made 5 dishes:
Fata, a bread salad akin to panzanella;
Ayib, a lemony cheese;
Hamli, sautéed bitter greens;
Kicha, a pan-fried flatbread; and
Silsi, a spicy tomato sauce served over spaghetti (also apparently called spaghetti al sugo e berbere).
