#60 Ethiopia
For Ethiopia Night, we had our friends Nathan, Meredith, and Larkin over, and we made a ton of food:
Injera, the famous flatbread from teff;
Misir Wot, red lentils;
Kik Alicha, yellow split peas;
Yasa Tibs, sautéed cod;
Key Sir Alicha, a beet salad;
Timatim, tomato salad;
Gomen Wat, collard greens;
Atakilt Wat, cabbage with carrots and potato;
Duba Wat, pumpkin; and
Nathan found some Walia beer, too!
