#35 Chad

We made 3 dishes for Chad night:

• Salade du Tchad, which was a strange combination;

• Aiyash (balls of baked millet) with 3 different dipping sauces: Saka saka sauce, peanut sauce, and a harissa lime sauce;

• And Daraba, a peanut pumpkin stew.
