For Malta, we made:

  • Kapunata, a vegetable stew similar to ratatouille;

  • Pastizzi, a phyllo-dough pastry that we made with a) a ricotta filling, and b) a mashed pea filling; and

  • Torta Tal-Lampuki, a fish pie.

This was a really delicious one.
