For Netherlands night, we made:

Saucijzenbroodjes, sausage rolls in pastry;

Stamppot, a mixed mashed vegetables;

Split pea soup;

a vegetarian take on Bitterballen, breaded and fried meatballs; and

Dutch Apple Cake.
