🇱🇻 It’s Latvia night! 🇱🇻

We made:

• Speķa Pīrāgi, rolls stuffed with onion and bacon; (we made half of them with fake bacon)

• Sēņu Zupa, mushroom soup;

• Kartupeli ar Dillēm, boiled potatoes with dill; and

• Puķu Kāposti ar Brūnu Sviestu, cauliflower with brown butter.
