#124 Nepal

For Nepal night, we made:

• Vegetable Momos in Jhol, a tomato-peanut stew;

• Kakra ko Achar, a spicy cucumber salad;

• Kagati ko Sharbat, a lemonade with cardamom, peppercorns, and ginger;

• Cauli Aloo, a cauliflower curry;

• Bara, pancakes made of lentils; and

• Piro Aloo, a potato curry.

I don’t think we’re quite ready for a job in the momo factory, but this meal was really tasty.
