Nepal
For Nepal night, we made:
Vegetable Momos in Jhol, a tomato-peanut stew;
Kakra ko Achar, a spicy cucumber salad;
Kagati ko Sharbat, a lemonade with cardamom, peppercorns, and ginger;
Cauli Aloo, a cauliflower curry;
Bara, pancakes made of lentils; and
Piro Aloo, a potato curry.
I don’t think we’re quite ready for a job in the momo factory, but this meal was really tasty.
