For France night, we made:

  1. Escargot in puff pastry;

  2. Escargot on toasts

  3. French Onion Soup (we used a vegetarian recipe);

  4. Ratatouille; and

  5. Sole a Muniere.

We invited Shanti, Marshall, and Frankie over and they made and brought Crème Brûlée.
